If you are having any problems with the pre-pack form (ie server does not respond) you can:

1. Try our troubleshoot guide by scrolling down.

2. Copy the pre-pack form into your email and send it to the Bookstore with the subject line "Semester Year Pre-Pack" (ie Fall 2005 Pre-pack).
Be sure to include your Name, Email, Phone, RIN, Preference of used or new books, Preference of Required Text Only or Include Optional and your courses including the section.

3. Print the pre-pack form out w/the information filled out and then fax the form to us at (518) 276-6507.

Troubleshoot Guide
One possible problem could be that your security level has been set too high for the computer to send and recieve the neccessary information. In order to fix this you can turn your settings down to send the form in via the internet. Upon completion of the form you can change your internet settings back up to the default level that you had before.

First go to...
Tools -> Internet Options



Then on the security tab adjust the level to low. If you do not see the slide bar, click on the default level button.



After setting your level to low you should be alerted to this action, and click YES.



Then Click Apply and then OK.

Try submitting your form one more time, if this does not work we suggest you try one of the other methods listed above.

Important: After finishing, set your security level back to its default level by clicking the "Default Level" button on the security tab.
